Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of senior patients.
- Provide hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and mobility training.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic care and support.
- Promote a safe and respectful environment that enhances the well-being and dignity of seniors.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and geriatric care to deliver evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in physiotherapy, with a focus on geriatric or senior care preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic healthcare setting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
