Responsibility
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Support clinic operations, including scheduling, patient intake, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Manage and update the clinic's social media platforms to engage with patients and promote services.
- Collaborate with senior physiotherapists to learn advanced techniques and best practices in acute care.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and overall wellness.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in assessing and treating patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, or other physical conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing is a plus.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
