Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions in Physics (Theoretical, Materials, Engineering, or Pure) or Mathematics (Data Science, Econometrics, or Statistics).
- Develop and update curriculum materials aligned with industry standards and academic best practices.
- Mentor and guide students in research projects, theses, and academic competitions.
- Conduct assessments, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback to enhance student performance.
- Collaborate with faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary approaches in teaching.
- Participate in academic committees, workshops, and conferences to stay abreast of advancements in your field.
- Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to improve engagement and learning outcomes.
- Contribute to institutional accreditation processes and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Materials Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching or research experience in higher education (fresh graduates with exceptional academic records may be considered).
- Strong command of English (written and verbal) for effective communication in an international setting.
- Proven expertise in one or more specialization areas: Theoretical Physics, Material Science, Engineering Physics, Pure Physics, Data Science, Econometrics, or Statistical Mathematics.
- Familiarity with modern educational tools (e.g., LMS, simulation software, or data analysis platforms).
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for teaching, research, and contributing to the academic community.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (preference given to candidates already based in Bali or Indonesia).
