Are you a Registered Nurse looking to transition from clinical bedside practice into the dynamic world of Corporate Healthcare Training? We are looking for a passionate PHRN Trainer to join our team in Pasig. In this role, you will be the bridge between clinical expertise and operational excellence, ensuring our team is equipped with the latest knowledge in US Healthcare billing and clinical documentation.

Responsibility
- Develop, facilitate, and maintain high-impact training programs for new hires and tenured staff regarding US Healthcare billing processes.
- Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify performance gaps and implement effective coaching strategies.
- Create and update comprehensive training materials, including manuals, slide decks, and e-learning modules.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and continuous learning workshops for clinical and administrative staff.
- Monitor trainee performance, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to ensure target proficiency levels are met.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, coding guidelines, and regulatory requirements in the US Healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with operations and quality assurance teams to align training initiatives with production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Healthcare Training or a similar instructional role.
- Strong background in US Hospital Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or clinical documentation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly.
- Proficiency in creating engaging training content using Microsoft Office Suite or other instructional tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training batches simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Pasig City.
