Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians to ensure timely and efficient repair, maintenance, and installation of photocopiers, printers, and other office equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment lifespan and reduce service disruptions.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to manufacturers or vendors when necessary.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts, supplies, and consumables, ensuring cost-effective procurement and stock levels.
  • Collaborate with IT and administrative teams to assess equipment needs and recommend upgrades or replacements.
  • Monitor service performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and technical support to end-users on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, manufacturer guidelines, and resort policies during all service activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field; or equivalent technical certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in photocopier/printer service, maintenance, or technical support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of managed print services (MPS), multifunction devices (MFDs), and office automation equipment from leading brands (e.g., Canon, Xerox, HP, Ricoh).
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including team management, conflict resolution, and performance coaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and service tracking software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by resort operations.
