Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information on medications, health supplements, and wellness products.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain pharmacy inventory, restock shelves, and ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
- Collaborate with pharmacists to fulfill prescriptions and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Promote loyalty programs, discounts, and seasonal promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and hygiene protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy or retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare products, medications, or supplements is preferred.
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as required by the role.
