Responsibility
- Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications and skincare products accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory of pharmaceutical and dermatological products, including stocking, labeling, and organizing supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Process and verify prescriptions, ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy area, adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and treatment plans.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and managing transaction records.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare products, pharmaceutical advancements, and clinic promotions to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy, clinic, or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, drug interactions, and skincare products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
