Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, medication advice, and health-related questions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the pharmacy’s POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Provide basic health and wellness advice under the guidance of pharmacists or senior staff.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves, monitoring expiry dates, and placing orders as needed.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Promote pharmacy products, services, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a background in pharmacy, healthcare, or retail is a plus.
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a pharmacy or retail environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of health products, medications, or wellness trends is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others and providing exceptional service.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including POS systems and inventory management software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the business.
