Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and rotating supplies to prevent shortages or expirations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries about medications, dosages, and general health products.
- Maintain detailed records of prescriptions, patient information, and transactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Process insurance claims and handle cash/credit transactions with precision.
- Organize and label medications, ensuring proper storage conditions (e.g., refrigeration for sensitive drugs).
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to verify prescription details and resolve discrepancies.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pharmacy workspace and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in pharmacy assistance is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); basic Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures for medication handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., POS systems, inventory software).
