Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of radiologic technologists, ensuring adherence to radiation safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
- Oversee daily operations of the radiology department, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound services, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance staff competence and patient care.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare teams to optimize diagnostic imaging workflows and improve clinical outcomes.
- Monitor and maintain radiology equipment, coordinating with vendors for repairs, upgrades, and compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., IAEA, WHO) for radiation protection and medical imaging.
- Analyze departmental performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in radiologic science, recommending innovations to the facility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in radiology, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Valid radiologic technologist license and certification (e.g., ARRT, local equivalent).
- Proven expertise in multiple imaging modalities (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound) and radiation safety protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and complex workflows.
- Familiarity with healthcare management software (e.g., PACS, RIS) and electronic health records (EHR).
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry advancements.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
