Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines.
- Provide professional advice and recommendations on over-the-counter medications, health supplements, and personal care products.
- Educate customers on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions to ensure safe and effective treatment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prescriptions, inventory, and customer interactions in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing medications and health products.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to ensure seamless patient care and resolve any medication-related queries.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within the pharmacy section to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Participate in promotional activities, health campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Pharmacist license (STR) issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy, hospital, or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and best practices in medication management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in dispensing medications and maintaining records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and basic computer applications.
