Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits and usage of pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.
