Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, evidence-based training materials. Responsibility
- Develop and implement clinical education programs for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to enhance product knowledge and adoption.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and workshops, aligned with medical guidelines.
- Conduct live and virtual training sessions for HCPs, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, gathering feedback to refine content and delivery methods.
- Ensure all training materials and programs comply with local and international regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, WHO, or Indonesian health authorities).
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to align educational initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay updated on medical advancements, industry trends, and competitive products to maintain cutting-edge training content.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to HCPs to address specific knowledge gaps or implementation challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field; advanced degrees (e.g., Master’s, PhD) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical education, clinical training, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical/medical device industry.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs for HCPs.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare education (e.g., Good Clinical Practice, local health laws).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex medical concepts.
- Proficiency in digital training tools (e.g., LMS, virtual meeting platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
