Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions (e.g., on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or e-commerce platforms) to promote Everbright Pet Foods products.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a sense of community.
- Develop creative, pet-centric content ideas to showcase product features, benefits, and usage tips.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align live streams with campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics (viewership, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on pet care trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithms to optimize content.
- Build and maintain relationships with pet influencers, veterinarians, and industry experts for guest appearances.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and platform policies.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication and improvisation skills.
- Passionate about pets (experience with pet ownership or care is a plus).
- Comfortable on camera with a charismatic, energetic, and authentic presentation style.
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Instagram Live, YouTube, or e-commerce apps).
- Basic technical skills to set up and manage live streams (lighting, audio, internet stability).
- Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling narratives around products.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends for peak audience times).
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or digital content creation is advantageous.
