Responsibility
- Conduct thorough site inspections to identify pest infestations and structural vulnerabilities.
- Execute customized pest control treatment plans, including chemical and non-chemical applications.
- Operate and maintain professional pest control equipment and vehicles safely.
- Provide expert advice to clients on pest prevention techniques and hygiene practices.
- Maintain accurate service records and daily reports for every site visited.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations during service delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve service-related concerns with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or equivalent certification.
- Possession of a valid NEA Pest Control Technician License or Vector Control Technician certification is highly preferred.
- Class 3 Driver’s License is a significant advantage.
- Strong physical stamina to handle manual work and site assessments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to service excellence and reliability.
