Responsibility
- Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Provide expert, personalized styling advice and curated product selections to meet individual client needs and preferences.
- Drive sales and achieve ambitious revenue targets through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Organize and host exclusive client events, private viewings, and bespoke shopping experiences.
- Stay abreast of the latest luxury fashion trends, designers, and market developments to inform client recommendations.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to track client preferences, purchase history, and engagement, ensuring a highly personalized approach.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Mytheresa, embodying our values of luxury, quality, and exceptional service.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, marketing, and operations teams to optimize client experience and inventory alignment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in personal shopping, luxury retail sales, or high-end client relationship management, preferably within the APAC region.
- Exceptional knowledge of international luxury fashion brands, designers, and current trends.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- A successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a luxury environment.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or other regional languages is a significant advantage.
- A degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
