Responsibility
- Drive sales of personal loan products by identifying and engaging potential customers.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to bank policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with branch teams to promote cross-selling opportunities and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct financial assessments and credit evaluations to ensure loan eligibility.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of personal loan products, credit assessment, and financial regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using banking software and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
