Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients’ locations to collect outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities, including client interactions and payment statuses.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth and timely collections.
- Provide regular reports on collection activities, challenges, and resolutions to the management team.
- Identify and assess potential risks in client accounts and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service and legal, to resolve complex collection cases.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations in all collection activities.
- Utilize collection software and tools to track and manage accounts efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in field collections, debt recovery, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with collection software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet collection targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Possession of a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and willingness to use personal or company-provided transportation.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
