In this dual-purpose role, you will act as a key support figure for our management team while ensuring the efficient movement of company documents and logistical items across the city.

Responsibility
- Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for management personnel.
- Execute daily despatch duties, including the collection and delivery of documents, parcels, and company materials.
- Maintain the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall roadworthiness of company vehicles.
- Ensure all vehicle records, such as fuel logs and maintenance schedules, are accurately updated.
- Plan efficient routes to avoid heavy traffic and ensure on-time arrivals for appointments and deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative errands or office support tasks as required by the management team.
- Strictly adhere to road safety regulations and company driving policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Possess a valid Malaysian driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major traffic offenses).
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a personal driver or despatch rider/driver.
- Excellent knowledge of Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley road networks.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and integrity.
- Good verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime when required.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for minor vehicle maintenance is a plus.
