Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of international and local clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
- Provide tailored financial solutions, including savings accounts, loans, investments, and wealth management services.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to recommend products that align with clients’ short- and long-term goals.
- Process and manage client transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., private banking, credit, and compliance) to deliver integrated banking services.
- Stay updated on global financial trends, regulatory changes, and banking products to offer informed advice.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic upselling of banking products.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or personal banking, with a proven track record in client relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of international banking products, including foreign exchange, trade finance, and investment services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, assess risk, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in banking software and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Temenos).
