Responsibility
- Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the barista team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain high-quality coffee and beverage preparation, adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control.
