Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all café guests.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
- Uphold the café’s brand values and customer service standards.
- Adapt to varying shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food handling.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to scheduled shifts.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
