Responsibility
- Design and execute comprehensive performance test plans, including load, stress, and endurance tests.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations to improve system efficiency.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Monitor application performance in production and proactively address potential issues.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance testing.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Performance Tester or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
