Responsibility
- Develop high-converting creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing and media buying teams to align creative strategies with performance goals.
- Design and optimize visual content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct A/B testing on creative assets to identify top-performing designs and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design tools to continuously enhance creative output.
- Create motion graphics and video content to support multimedia campaigns.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure visuals complement and enhance written content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer, preferably in a performance-driven marketing environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work, including ads, social media content, and motion graphics.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital marketing.
