Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, visas, and ground transportation for team members and executives.
  • Oversee accommodation logistics, ensuring timely bookings, check-ins, and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify logistical needs and provide tailored solutions for team movements and relocations.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel and accommodation expenses, ensuring transparency and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Liaise with external vendors, such as travel agencies and accommodation providers, to negotiate contracts and secure competitive rates.
  • Develop and implement efficient logistical processes to enhance operational workflows and reduce administrative bottlenecks.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the People & Culture team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to travel, accommodation, and employee welfare.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative, logistics, or office support roles, preferably in a multinational or corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with travel management software or ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and cultural norms in Indonesia, particularly in Bali, is highly desirable.
