Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive talent development programs to upskill employees and align capabilities with business needs.
- Lead performance management systems, including KPI setting, monitoring, and evaluation to drive accountability and results.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify organizational development needs and propose actionable solutions.
- Facilitate leadership training, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance managerial effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain succession planning strategies to ensure business continuity and future readiness.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to measure the impact of development initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning by introducing innovative learning platforms and resources.
- Support change management initiatives to foster adaptability and resilience within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development, organizational development, or performance management.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, performance metrics, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS and learning management systems (LMS) is highly desirable.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or local equivalents) are advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
