Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll case resolution, including inquiries, discrepancies, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Monitor payroll systems for errors and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide expert guidance to employees and stakeholders on payroll policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on local and international payroll regulations and implement necessary changes.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring payroll-related tasks are completed efficiently.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, support, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international payroll operations is a plus.
