Responsibility
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data, including tax deductions, benefits, and allowances, in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries.
- Maintain and update payroll records, both digital and physical, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems or software to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Generate payroll reports for management review, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end payroll closing activities, including audits and reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, or local Indonesian systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian payroll tax regulations and labor laws.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources or equivalent professional qualifications.
