Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll for employees in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll-related transactions.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll activities, including tax filings and audits.
- Provide support for payroll-related queries from employees and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with local payroll regulations and tax laws in Indonesia.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
