Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll for approximately 1,000 employees using HRIS software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Verify and input employee data, including salaries, deductions, bonuses, and leave balances.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant departments.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations and data integrity.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, labor regulations, and payroll best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll activities, including tax filings and audits.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll processing or accounting roles (preferred).
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Excel (advanced skills are a plus).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian payroll regulations and tax compliance.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
