Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor the payroll team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
- Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and third-party vendors as needed.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to streamline payroll operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Proficiency in payroll software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in payroll management (e.g., CPP, CPA) is a plus.
