Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with senior management to create strategic financial plans and initiatives.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to optimize the school's financial health.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws in Indonesia.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the education sector or non-profit organizations is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
