Responsibility
- Oversee the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Manage billing operations, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate employee records and financial data.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and other financial documentation.
- Resolve payroll and billing discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Implement and improve payroll and billing systems for greater efficiency.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and billing management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and accounting systems.
- Familiarity with Philippine and Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to start immediately and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
