Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
- Manage and maintain employee payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and tax filings (e.g., PPh 21).
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams to reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and generate financial reports.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems, including document management, filing, and office procedures.
- Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, and provide training to ensure high productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Liaise with external partners (e.g., banks, tax authorities, insurance providers) to facilitate smooth payroll and benefits administration.
- Prepare and distribute payroll-related communications, such as payslips and tax statements, to employees.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve workflows using payroll software or HRIS tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll processing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian payroll systems, tax laws (PPh 21), and labor regulations (BPJS, THR, etc.).
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local tools like Gajihmu) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
