Responsibility
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll operations for employees in Thailand, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and tax filings in accordance with Thai regulations.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for process improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of payroll system enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Provide exceptional support to employees regarding payroll-related queries.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and ensure company policies align with legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Thai payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor compliance.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
