Responsibility

  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local tax and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory filings, tax deductions, and social security contributions.
  • Assist in the implementation and testing of payroll system upgrades or new software integrations.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or global payroll environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia and other APAC regions.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with employees, HR, and external vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
