Responsibility
- Provide exceptional front-desk service, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and discretion, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and IHH standards.
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to streamline patient flow and optimize service delivery.
- Process billing, insurance claims, and payments, ensuring transparency and accuracy for all financial transactions.
- Assist in organizing patient education materials and health promotion initiatives within the facility.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following established protocols to prioritize patient safety.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying service gaps and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in patient services, hospital administration, or customer service within a healthcare setting.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus for international patient interactions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centric mindset and cultural sensitivity.
- Proficiency in medical software systems (e.g., EHR, HMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, multitask, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA equivalents), and ethical standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
