Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients with check-ins, registrations, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Provide accurate information about medical services, procedures, and billing to patients and their families.
- Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate patient flow and optimize clinic efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Assist in promoting health awareness programs and educational initiatives within the community.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and adhere to Raffles Medical Group’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using medical software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Prior experience in a multinational healthcare organization is a plus.
