Responsibility
- Greet and register outpatients, verifying personal and insurance information with accuracy.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using healthcare management systems.
- Assist patients with inquiries, providing clear and empathetic communication regarding services, procedures, and policies.
- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and timely service delivery.
- Process billing and payment transactions, issuing receipts and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Prepare and organize patient documentation, including consent forms and medical histories.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and professional front-desk area to enhance patient experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare, customer service, or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software (training provided for specific systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional local language skills are a plus).
