Responsibility
- Greet and register patients, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in processes.
- Assist medical staff with patient preparation, including taking vital signs and maintaining records.
- Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinic areas, including waiting rooms and examination spaces.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management of medical supplies.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients regarding procedures, payments, and clinic policies.
- Support healthcare providers during consultations and minor procedures as needed.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; healthcare-related certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, clinic management software).
- Compassionate and patient-focused mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings (for part-time roles).
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, or healthcare is beneficial but not required.
