Responsibility
- Diagnose and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and chronic pain conditions using a combination of modern rehabilitation techniques and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including physical therapy, acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other integrative therapies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nutritionists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct regular patient assessments and adjust treatment plans based on progress and feedback.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical medicine, rehabilitation, and TCM through continuous learning and professional development.
- Participate in community outreach programs and health workshops to promote awareness of integrative rehabilitation practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD) from a recognized institution with specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Fisik dan Rehabilitasi).
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (STR and SIP).
- Certification or extensive experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation medicine, preferably in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare setting.
