Responsibility
- Greet and register patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is recorded in the system.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination with medical staff.
- Manage patient inquiries, both in-person and via phone/email, with professionalism and empathy.
- Prepare and maintain clinical areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Support healthcare providers during consultations by preparing necessary documents and equipment.
- Process billing, insurance claims, and payments while maintaining confidentiality of patient data.
- Educate patients on clinic procedures, policies, and post-visit care instructions.
- Collaborate with the medical team to streamline operations and enhance patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in patient service, clinic assistance, or customer service in a healthcare setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., EMR systems, Microsoft Office).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle administrative and clinical tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, if required.
