Responsibility
- Greet and register patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the clinic management system.
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals with efficiency and professionalism.
- Manage front-desk operations, including phone and email inquiries, billing, and payment processing.
- Assist healthcare professionals with administrative tasks, such as preparing patient files and maintaining inventory of medical supplies.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and escalate issues to the appropriate staff when necessary.
- Process insurance claims and verify patient eligibility for treatments or procedures.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to streamline workflows and improve patient experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in patient service, clinic assistance, or front-desk operations in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in basic medical terminology, clinic software, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage high patient volumes efficiently.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance, data privacy (e.g., HIPAA), and infection control protocols.
