Responsibility
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain clinical equipment, ensuring a sterile and organized environment.
- Document patient medical histories, vital signs, and treatment plans accurately.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups.
- Administer basic medical care, such as wound dressing or taking blood samples, under supervision.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and health maintenance.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and restock as needed.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA (or local equivalent) compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting (fresh graduates with internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for electronic health records (EHR) and administrative tasks.
