Responsibility
- Assist medical staff with patient intake, including registration, vital signs measurement, and medical history documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage medical records, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Support clinical procedures by preparing examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, and assisting with minor medical tasks as directed.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient flow and timely care delivery.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure adequate stock levels for daily operations.
- Adhere to clinic policies, infection control protocols, and confidentiality standards to uphold patient trust and safety.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Healthcare Assistance, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, with strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Proficiency in using medical software, electronic health records (EHR), and basic office applications.
