Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients with check-in, registration, and appointment scheduling.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation.
- Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and service delivery.
- Handle billing inquiries, insurance verification, and payment processing.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and medical software (training provided).
- Ability to work in a 2-shift schedule, including weekends or public holidays as required.
