Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of radiologic technologists, ensuring high standards of technical performance and patient safety.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and calibration of all radiologic equipment, including X-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound machines.
- Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with international radiology standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic imaging results.
- Monitor and enforce radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and the public.
- Manage departmental budgets, including equipment procurement, supply inventory, and staffing allocations.
- Conduct performance evaluations, training, and professional development programs for radiologic staff.
- Stay abreast of advancements in radiologic technology and integrate best practices into the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Valid certification or licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (e.g., ARRT, or equivalent international certification).
- In-depth knowledge of radiologic procedures, equipment, and radiation safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational policies and quality assurance programs.
- Familiarity with healthcare management software and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
