Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive clinic environment.
  • Conduct initial patient consultations to understand their health concerns and explain chiropractic services.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, pricing, and payment options, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
  • Follow up with patients post-treatment to gather feedback and encourage ongoing care.
  • Collaborate with chiropractors and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with clinic policies.
  • Assist in promotional activities and community outreach to attract new patients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and empathetic demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of chiropractic care or a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in using clinic management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
