Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive clinic environment.
- Conduct initial patient consultations to understand their health concerns and explain chiropractic services.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, pricing, and payment options, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to gather feedback and encourage ongoing care.
- Collaborate with chiropractors and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with clinic policies.
- Assist in promotional activities and community outreach to attract new patients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of chiropractic care or a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in using clinic management software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
