Responsibility
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Assist medical staff with procedures and treatments as directed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Follow infection control policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.
- Document patient care services and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in nursing or healthcare is a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
