Responsibility
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and bread according to resort standards.
- Ensure all pastry items meet quality, presentation, and taste expectations.
- Follow recipes and portion controls to minimize waste and maintain consistency.
- Assist in menu development and introduce innovative pastry creations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to meet daily production needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to junior kitchen staff when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role in a hotel, resort, or high-end bakery.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for pastry arts.
